I. The Service Provider’s main activity is to provide directly or indirectly all kinds of logistic services related to transportation, distribution and/or storage of the goods, products, merchandise and medicine at subzero temperatures in the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, France, Spain, UAE,, Canada and that the Service Provider has the sufficient and necessary knowledge, experience, personnel and equipment as to comply with the obligations contained herein.
II. The Client is a company whose core activity is the manufacturing, preparation, and /or commercialization of Flowers/ Electronic products/Machinery / Garments/medication equipment/ PPE Equipment/ Plastic Equipment and other similar products.
III. Both Parties undertake to observe the following clauses:
1. LOGISTIC SERVICES
1.1 Subject to the terms of the present Contract, the Service Provider is obliged to provide the Client, the Services described in Annex 1 of this Contract, in connection to the Products as described in Annex 2 of this Contract.
1.2 The Client agrees to pay for such Services as per the rates described in Annex-3 of this Contract.
2. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS
2.1 The Products that shall be subject to the Services will be those described in Annex 2 of the present Contract. The Service Provider acknowledges that the Products require normal and moderate care appropriate to their nature.
2.2 The Client shall notify in writing to the Service Provider, specifications and special precautions required by the Products. The Service Provider will not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage of the Products if the Client fails to notify the Service Provider the care and special precautions which must be taken with the Products.
2.3 In the event that the Client wanted the Service Provider to provide the Services with respect to goods and merchandises different to the Products due to their different characteristics, care specifications, special management and maintaining specifications, Client must notify in writing to the Service Provider the characteristics and special care for such goods or merchandises so the Service Provider can analyze the possibility of performing such Services in connection to such products. The Service Provider is not obliged to perform the Services in connection to such products. The Service Provider may increase the amount to be paid by the Client in the event of providing such services.
2.4 The Client will be held responsible for any damages and lost profits suffered by the Service Provider derived from negligence, deceit or bad faith of the Client due to the inaccurate, incomplete, inexact or false information provided to the Service Provider in connection to theProducts.
3. PROPERTY OF THE PRODUCTS
3.1 The Client and his suppliers will have the full property of the Products, such property will not be assigned in any circumstance or any way whatsoever to the Service Provider.
3.2 The Service Provider will not assert any ownership rights on the Products and therefore shall not lease, transfer or by any other title dispose of them, except for the rights derived from a payment guarantee for the Services as established in the Contract or in the terms of a written instruction provided by the Client.

We use the very reputable and robust HIAB 658 crane which has a horizontal reach of 17 meters and can gracefully lift and manoeuvre up to 85 tb of cubic capacit. allowing us to safely load and transport the most difficult of cargo
LIST OF PRODUCTS
PACKING REQUIREMENT
ARG Logistics delivers pallets and small/ large parcels and accepts consignments of pallets right up to 200 cm (6 ft 7″) in height and 1200 kg in weight (large, oddly shaped or fragile). Next Day Consignments entered before 12.00 noon can be collected the same working day.
ARG Logistics provide service for collection point to delivery point, the pallets or large parcels will be transshipped a minimum of six times. Consignments must be entered correctly and packed in accordance with the following specifications. Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in refusal to collect the goods, you could incur excess surcharges and, in the event of damage to your goods whilst in transit, may cause insurance cover to be reduced or refused.
Pallets
Pallet base:
a) Must be of robust construction and suitable for the type of goods carried upon it
b) Must have no missing boards or chocks
Goods on the pallet:
a) Must not exceed the dimensions for the size of pallet entered
b) Must not overhang the pallet edges
c) Must be stable when packed or placed on the pallet
d) Must not be top-heavy and must be stable enough to undergo at least six transshipments
e) Must be firmly and properly secured to the pallet base by shrink-wrap, fibre or steel banding, chains, or any other appropriate means
f) Must have sufficient packaging, such as bubble wrap, cardboard, or any other appropriate packaging to reasonably protect the goods
We CANNOT carry hazardous goods.

Pallets should not exceed the standard size of 1000 mm x 1200 mm, and must be within the height and weight maximums for the size entered, as below. Goods must not overhang the pallet edges.

We are able to ship pallets that exceed the standard dimensions or contain goods that overhang. However, these are charged at one pallet space or part thereof. To process such a consignment, please enter the number of pallet spaces as though they were separate pallets and specify “1 x Oversize” in the further info’ box below the collection address.
Our Palletizing Service
For an additional £35 + vat, we can provide an empty pallet on collection.
The goods to be palletized must be securely packaged and protected for transport prior to collection. We are unable to package goods for transport; all we are doing is placing the item(s) on a pallet base and wrapping with shrink-wrap. Damage to goods not securely packaged or protected for transport may not be covered by our insurance.
The collecting driver has the right to refuse to collect if he deems the item unfit or unsafe for transport.
This is ideal for one-off shipments of heavy or bulky items or multiple item consignments which it may not be practical, possible or cost-effective to send as large parcels.
There is a 70 kg limit for each single item that needs to be palletised and a maximum of 50 items: It is important that the goods can be manually lifted and secured to the pallet in a timely manner.
The driver may help to secure the item(s) to the pallet.
The goods must fit within the pallet dimensions you have paid for; failure to do this may incur additional costs for delivery.
DELIVERY
When your goods are delivered, the person responsible for accepting and signing for the goods should make a examination of goods to check for damage, If any shortage or damage is apparent or suspected, the delivery note should be endorsed accordingly using the word “damaged” or “Shortage” or “Goods missing, the word “unchecked” or similar is not accepted as claused proof of delivery.
Insurance companies will not consider a claim for damage or loss when a “clean” or “clear” proof of delivery is produced.
DELIVERY VEHICLE INFORMATION
Delivery Vehicle (18 Ton) with tail lift. Dimensions: Unless otherwise specified the delivery vehicle will be a rigid vehicle the size of the average dustbin lorry.

Tail lift delivery: to facilitate a tail lift delivery the consignment must weigh no more than 1000KG and be on a standard four way pallet, deliveries can be made onto concrete or tarmac surface only as the equipment will not function on loose surfaces.
Delivery will be made as close to property as possible, where access is restricted delivery will be made to Curbside only.
INSURANCE
In the event of claim being raised insurers will require the following mandatory pieces of information: Proof of Purchase/Value/ownership, Weight.
Insurance is included (subject to RHA conditions of carriage) at the lesser of i) £5 per kilogram; and ii) the value of the Consignment at the time and place when accepted for carriage. If only part of a Consignment suffers from loss or physical damage, liability shall be limited to that proportion of the sum calculated which the actual value of such part bears to the value of the whole Consignment. You must notify send pallet of any damage to the whole or any part of a consignment, or physical loss, miss-delivery or non-delivery of part of a consignment in writing within 7 days of the date of delivery. Any claim in respect of the non-delivery of the whole of the consignment must be notified in writing within 21 days of dispatch.
Please contact us in writing at the earliest opportunity if you wish to report loss or damage.
If your item requires specific insurance not covered by £5 per KG please contact us as a individual quote for cover will need to be raised.
